produced Hip Hop, It's Hot, a Gala Benefit at Lincoln
Center that previewed the film, Beat Street, for which he
had helped producers Harry Belafonte and David Picker.

At Davis Hall at
CCNY, he produced film festivals that screened Spike Lee
films before the celebrated filmmaker emerged as a major
talent.

As Executive
Producer of Davis Hall, from 1984 to 1989, he hosted annual
Artists in the Electronic Age Expositions the first
NYC showcase of collaborations among artists, computer
programmers, and video technicians.
